Good place for a group of friends. Staffs are very accomodating. Lots of games you can play as a group also.

I had super fun, it was a mind-altering, horizon-expanding VR experience for me and my friends. It felt so real playing the games it's amazing!!! Definitely coming back there!!!!

We recently went into Coventry SBI
branch and was provided customer service by lady Amirjit Kaur. She provided excellent customer service even under challenging circumstances where face difficulties with SBI bank internet connections, stayed focused to provide
the right results for our purpose of the visit to SBI branch.

SBI UK Team - Staff members Rajalakshmi, manager Upinder were very polite and best while opening my new account. Afterwards Personal banker - Tasneem was really very polite and helpful. She is excellent with her support for the customer as per my opinion.

I was served by Amarjit Kaur today in the branch. She is a very helpful colleague, knowleageable, informative and courteous. She patiently listened to my issues that I was having in accessing my account online, assisted in setting up the app again and made sure it worked correctly before I left the bank. I am absolutely thrilled now that I can attend to my banking needs from the comfort of my home and this was only made possible by her turoring and help. I'll happily score her 10 on 10 and can say for certain she is an asset to the bank. My best wishes to her always.

Amirjit Kaur is highly recommended as she helped me with the banking services and ensured I have a smooth banking experience over telephone and in person at Coventry branch.
