I was very excited for my son to join this “outstanding” rated school expecting that he will be engaged and encouraged to be his best self.

I was set up for a complete disappointment. My son joined FS-2 in the new campus, the campus is beyond beautiful. But we were very disappointed with the teachers and admin staff. The teacher keeps telling the kids how much the furniture cost so that they don’t ruin it. They are kids .. they don’t care or know what 200 dhs is ma’am!

Administration, finance and the management are a whole another level of chaos. Complete mess. Nobody answers the phone .. getting anything done is a hectic process. We have to make many calls daily, visit their offices multiple times to make sure they communicate between each other. Such a waste of time. Having our son join Al Yasmina made our lives so unnecessarily stressful because of their lack of organization and management.

AL DAR EDUCATION MUST FIX THIS!

We pay a lot for our child to study in this school expecting that he will be encouraged to reach his full potential but honestly he learned more in nursery than in Al Yasmina.

Bad administration. They not solving any problem, they promise you they will solve and no one call you back. Also the teachers very careless. This year every thing is changed in school. In this year the academic level is very low. This is my third year for my son but this year is very bad in every thing.

Firstly cost is extremely overpriced comparing the cost Vs quality, school main objective is payment and least would be the quality or concerns of parents toward the education quality delivered. Been suffering with them with regards to payment as they are simply lure money from any opportunity and my main advise is that no matter how many years it has been always keep a copy of every single AED paid receipt at your end. it was honestly my worst experience ever not worth one star. School will only contact or respond to you if its time to collect payment.

Alyasmina has a strong system- and amazing teachers , but at this point the classes are full of students some classes are 30 students plus . They are allowed to raise the numbers by ADEK - no idea how , but as a school that wants to be one of the leading schools they should not do that .
