This waitrose brunch in yas mall is the worst waitrose brunch. They have poor customer service and rude staff. I have bad experience with Tiri the one on the food area. she doesn’t know how to treat customer. You should put her on the non facing customer section like kitchen. She is bad in customer service.

Waitrose newly opened in Yas Mall.
Located on level one. Past PF Chang’s. Small outside cafe area Waite & Rose. Many items are a bit overpriced. International products from around the world. Well stocked frozen section. Hot food counter. Rotisserie chicken. Ready made sandwiches and baguettes.
Freshly baked bread, croissants and pastries. Lots of foreign food and a huge variety of imported cheese.

Huge branch,just underneath home center and infront of the vapery and the glasses shop, its has waite and rose caffe out side where you can grab your food,coffee or treats and eat em there.

My youngest son wanted “British” food so we ordered fish and chips which took over 30minutes to arrive. When it arrived it was warm almost cold.
The reason being the lady went off shift; the man wasn’t informed of where we were sitting and then thought it was for take away so transferred everything to takeaway boxes
Next time I’ll eat at M&S where the food arrives steaming hot.
Extremely disappointed and let’s the brand name down.

Regarding the café and food area - Pretty awful customer service. High wait times always, rude staff and only 1 person behind the counter mostly.

I love Waitrose but this new location has totally missed the mark. Has an nice deli, but the grocery part is lacking. The deli cases are open and warmer- don’t trust meat is held cold enough, and my OJ is fermenting.

Found a worm in their salad. I doubt the place is clean or they clean the vegetables!
