Nice facility, attractive games, suitable for 4 years kids but with all my respect your staff is not ready to operate such mass scale facility. And even some of them are not customer friendly at all.

When I went to this park it’s was great until me and my brother when we went to the bedrock ride the ride was stuck me and my brother was very scared we was stuck for 8 minutes I whanted to video this but my phone was died and the employees was very lazy and very very rude thay only looked at my brother because he was disabled this all so happed to me in yas water world
