I have never before given a one star review, preferring to forget bad experiences but the customer service with Miral was so shocking and their system such a shambles that I was left significantly out of pocket on my recent trip to Abu Dhabi, and despite sending them 6 emails, calling them 3 times on the ground and attempting to contact them via WhatsApp and Instagram they are yet to acknowledge my complaint.
The issue was with our Half Board Vouchers which were issued to us without a QR code on them and with half the eligible restaurants listed on their website missing from the small print. This meant that the restaurants on the ground were unable to accept the vouchers worth nearly 600diram each. No apology or compensation has been forthcoming and through no fault of our own we were forced to pay locally for the meals that were meant to be included.

By all means visit Yas Island but whatever you do avoid booking through this company no matter how good the package deal sounds!

Very difficult to find the entrance of office very confusing, even by maps doesn't find the right entry point alhosn is very.mandatory here.
