Consistent frustration with booking, telephone system suddenly hangs up when in the queue, quite tricky to obtain regular help for long term conditions that require monitoring. Reception staff frequently redirect to online booking a telephone call which then doesn't come through.

First time seeing a doctor in maybe 4 years and was very pleased with the service provided to me here. I got an appointment on the same day I called as it was urgent, doctor fisher was on time, very thorough and answered all my questions without hesitation. I left feeling confident in the diagnosis and much better in myself. The receptionists were also very friendly.

Woodstock Surgery are incredible. The Doctors, nurses and staff all work together as a team and get things done super fast. I cannot thank them enough for fast tracking all my tests which lead to quick results and rapid major surgery. They are the best and I would never change surgeries.

I cannot thank the administration staff enough for all the kindness they have shown me trying to sort out my mum’s district nurse care after a 3 month stay in hospital. I was frantically trying to sort stuff and they were so helpful and genuinely kind . Thank you

Absolutely shocking, have to be on hold for an hour before you get through, they cancel appointments and rearrange when you can’t make it (in the day when you have a job) impossible to get hold of reception let alone book appointments

Thanks to the doctors, we all are able to find our way through these difficult times. Could those of us in the community think of any way to support the young homeless lady who sits outside the co-op and sells magazines. She has told me she is pregnant. Where is the father of the child and why is he not supporting her? Is he also homeless? There are four churches in Woodstock that are empty most of the time. I am sure Ray Morris will tell those Churches about a project in Oxford he is involved with, allowing homeless people life skills.
