Prices are less... but they need to improve the serving time...

Customers facings much delays.... and Proper Allocation of staffs suggested...

Very very very poor customer service. The way they are handling the customers is very very bad. If we change the order they are getting irritated (Especially a curly white guy)

I went into one of the best family pubs in area this evening to be sadly disappointed that they are no longer a family pub just a few staff 1 customer they remove the pool table dartboard glam the place up they're basically the same as a Wetherspoons just a bit more expensive. I hope in the future they can go back to doing things the old way pool table dartboard maybe even have a pool team make it real family orientated again family quizzes and make the place welcoming. if you've got no one in the in the pub when someone walks in say something rather than just looking at them best of luck guys
