Several very bad incidents - medication not supplied in time, often items missing from regular prescriptions, and others - emails usually unanswered, and any complaints not dealt with efficiently. Worst practice ever registered with - if I wan not ill I would move to another. Rapidly gone downhill since Dr Morrison left!

I’ve recently moved here from an East Sussex seaside town and can’t believe the quality of care I’ve received from this practice. It is so much better in every way, I can’t thank the staff enough for their courtesy and attention. Clearly, they are trying to deal with a huge demand and getting through on the phone is sometimes difficult but that aside, my experience has been excellent.

Have had a good experience here. Dispensary team were really helpful and gave me a prescription within calling from 10mins. very kind and chatty. Much better than the boots pharmacist on the high street.

Pharmacist was very rude after waiting for an hour on the phone just to get some medication transferred to a different pharmacy and hung up on me after 2 mins (after my 1 hour wait) when I was mid sentence. Often receptionists here are helpful when you finally get through on the phone, but the system means that if you have a job or any responsibilities its extremely hard to actually get an appointment.

Mu wife is teacher, another type of key worker by the way, and she went today to her re-scheduled appointment since November as causes of nurse’s strikes and being off. Today’s she arrived because of work and traffic ‘almost’ 15 min late and she has been rejected to be attended for an screening test for cancer prevention. Is it even fair!!!!??? How can we complain in a proper way against what just happened??

Terrible service. Always at least hour long wait on the phone - waiting to change prescription that has been issued for product with national shortage then told to go and find out what is in stock in boots so they can change prescription. They then hung up. Very rude.

Update - a lady called Lorraine called and dealt with the situation very well so thank you

I went to collect a prescription today and the member of staff Yoanna ? was so efficient and caring. In today's world we have become accustomed to offhand , unhelpful staff who are overworked in all types of situations and workplaces but this kind lady was a real breath of fresh air. Many thanks .

Have always managed to get appointments for my baby. Staff are nice and Dr Trice has a very lovely manner to her. Appointments do not feel rushed and she is reassuring.
