I was at a Camaro event and it was really nice. The guys were friendly and helpful and the drag racing was awsome.

Watch out for YMC customer service!! Very disappointed with their inflexibility. Booked for the open drag night on the evening of the 13th April for the next day. Received a generic email but no ticket. Logged in to the site and could still not download a ticket. Owing to poor communication on the website re: timing of the event, and a late change to the session time (was not notified by YMC; instead discovered through the unofficial yas.drag instagram page - good job, guys), decided to change the booking to a session in May. Called YMC and they said they would ask the drag team. A few hours later, the response was a solid 'NO' and no possibility of a refund. I asked for a contact in the drag racing dept./team but they would not oblige. Customer service agent eventually said he would go back to ask the team again. I never heard back from anyone.

Sent another email a few hours before the event to complain... no response.

Money paid (inc. Helmet rental); no repsonse to my last 2 communications (phone and email); no ticket issued on the date of the event; no change of date (all I wanted); no refund.

Atrocious service #ymcofficial I love the drag nights - great people/vibe/community - my favourite thing to do in Abu Dhabi, but now I am afraid to part with my money for fear of losing it! BUYERS BEWARE.

Had a great evening having a drag race experience, brilliant and friendly people who even took me back to my hotel when I forgot my driving licence!! sorry I forgot your name but thank you so much again.
