Continuous check up maintenance required for all small details to the big details in the sun & Sky facilities like sky indoor Jacuzz still out of work since more than 2 years, outdoor jacuzzis water pressure different fir each ppit and lower than when they was new and other broken shower cabinets handles... etc
Unfortunately , management follow the policy that if nobody talk about issues just to ignore .

Charged me nearly 3000 aed for the most silly things in the apartment. A swelled cupboard door. I mean how on Earth can I swell a door? Day light robbery. I can’t believe they are charging extortion amount and getting away with it in UAE. The supervisor was useless Ibrahim Aljabri. Their inspectors demanded cash.

They always have problems with their system. The mobile app does not work as well. Worst case was that many accounts were deleted by the system and we all have to register once again. Looks like this company is a product of a trial-and-error method. Really really bad.

By the way, if you have any complaint against a rude building personnel, they do not take action on it. The entrance/exit barriers at the Gate Towers also have problems in detecting residents' cars and hence, does not function properly for over a year now.

This is just my personal experience. Others may have different ones.

Stayed in Arc for two years. Upon moving in there were lots of scratches on cabinet doors and closets in the main bedroom. They were documented and after moving in and came and did very poor repairs where they were still very apparent. When I moved out it took them over a month and a half to issue me a refund for my deposit remainder. They charged me for every issue that existed before I moved in. Undoubtedly they will not fix these again and the next tenant will be charged for them as well upon moving out. Such a system can only be called a scam.

I would give them a quarter of a star if i could.. our building is managed by them, and i can't explain the amount of negligence these people have.. they never reply to concerns or problems they have 1 auto reply of replying back in 48 and that's it... small problems.. bugs problems usually take forever to never to be solved... building facilities havent been fixed in more than 2 years with the same useless excuses of every time.

I would like to bring this in knowledge of everyone that Worst Customer Service provided by PROVIS Management office in SkyCourt Towers A, they hang up the phone without even sorting out the issue. FOR The sale NOC its more than a week that Payment is transferred and they have receipts of both payments still only to get confirmation from accounts is taking time and they are not providing time frame.
In Simple Worst Customer Service Provided by the lady sitting in the office.

Terrible experience with the way decisions are taken at Waters Edge with no recourse for dialogue or context. Bordering on illegal practices with security being asked to take pictures of balconies without tenant approval.

Worst company ever! I paid my service charge as an owner since oct last year! And financial department keep saying we didn't recieve it although I sent a prove from the bank that I did transfer all the money! If there is less than one start! You even don't deserve it
