Unreliable - for the second time in the past 12 months, we’ve used Starline for a late night booking (I.e., between 23.00hrs and midnight) and for the second time, they were 20-30 mins late, with little apology or explanation, other than they had effectively overbooked. I’d look elsewhere if you want a reliable taxi service.

We were so impressed by the efficient and friendly service - a total of three cars and one minibus to take us too and from a wedding venue. Prompt, kind and great value. Thank you for helping to make the day so special.

Awful. Booked 2 cabs over 4 months in advance. Only one turned up. Company knew the whole time only 1 was coming and never told us. Then refused a refund and we’re very rude. Do not use under circumstances.

Cant thank Starline enough, has always delivered for myself and guest we have over the last couple of years, provind transport to various venues around chichester and surrounding areas. i recommend them to all my holiday guests

I really like Starline taxi, I have been using their service for quite some time now and I have no problem at all...However, the customer service agent that took my call today was very rude, he keeps interrupting me, got no respect and no patience. I hope the management will listen to the call recording and do some evaluation on this agent. Call time 4:54PM 08/03/2023

In the years since Uber, starline have doubled down on their reliability and customer service. And they're cheaper.

Rude and unhelpful lady tends to always answer my calls and every time I seem like a huge hinderance asking if a taxi is available, despite them being a taxi firm last time I checked? Not that there are cabs available often as it seems you need to book 12 months in advance if you want to get a taxi from these lot. Over priced and unreliable. Give Central taxis a call or use Uber
