The new management at this store is useless. The staff at this particular branch is super lazy. I visited with my husband to purchase their glass jars. The glass jars with wooden lids they have on show were in bad condition with scratches and dust so I decided to order online for pick up instead. The dude behind the till told me they’re all the same whether I order online or not. My husband went to collect the order today and he asked them to open the box so he could view the jars. The staff there refused to open the box because they’re full of attitude and bad vibes. Anyway my husband opened the box and the jars were in good condition. No dust or scratches. So, you’re better of ordering stuff online as the stock they have in store sucks. Will not be visiting this branch again due to staff’s attitude. We prefer the Galleria mall branch instead as the staff there is very helpful.

Very bad customer service solutions, don't bother to care for a simple legal request. I'm asking for a simple tax invoice which is a mandate by the government but no one care to pay attention. Will never buy here, I didn't expect this treatment in this kind of brand. Not recommended for any B2B transaction.

Be careful of the shop if you buy something. Be sure not to return. This is a big scam. I cannot believe the customer care is that incompetent... I bought an item at the shop and made it delivered at home. Once delivered the item in glass was broken so I asked for a refund and collect. Problem is now I don't have any refund. They gave me a voucher and when I went back to the shop to buy a item the manager told me that the voucher was not usable so I lost the money and Zara home got the items return to them. Big scam... Calling customer but not helping as well. So I just decided to lose this 400aed.

Disrespectful people whom are working the both fe male whom are working there at February the 27th at 19:38 2022 . I am waiting for there help in-front of them and they are just talking and laughing with each other and i have spent a couple of time just looking at them untill they finish there beautiful conversation and suddenly a other person enter she went to him and i am just looking at here like what ???

What kind of respect is zara trying to put for the customer???

Bad experience.

First, I was the only one waiting at the counter while the lady was speaking over the phone. I waited for some time until I was served. During this difficult circumstances I think such behaviors must be prevented. We need to go and leave as quick as possible.

Secon, I got glass cups. Ilthe wrapping was extrlwmy poor. Nothing was done apart from putting the cups in the normal bag. No minimum safety wrapping was done for me.

One of the cups just slightly touched a solid surface while I was shopping there and got broken! Very expected scenario.
