Absolutely fantastic service from this company, rang for a taxi as my daughter was stuck and they weren't available but he said he would grab them from the spot they where stuck to take them to the taxi rank, they had no money to pay as they needed to get to aycliffe for the money for taxi so he dropped them off with no bother, Thankyou so much

Booked a week earlier. Call a day before to confirm but went to voice mail, when it ringing turn off my call after a few times. What a joke! I tried to ignore bad reviews on this company but turned out it’s true. Luckily I got another company that responds well and professionally. Don’t ruin your day with this one!

Booked taxi in advance, didn’t turn up. Called and he said he was 5 mins away, an hour waiting and did not turn up, didn’t then answer his phone. Very bad customer service

Ordered a taxi had me waiting half an hour with shopping to then call and be told " I have picked someone else up now, I am on my way to Durham nothing I can do"
