Liked: The ease of the site, you can get on to the pitches really well. The first one we had wasn't suitable for our caravan and they were able to change us very easily even in a really busy period. The site is clean and tidy and well maintained. Toilet facilities were well looked after and lovely and clean. It was very busy when we booked as it was the summer but in spite of that it was quiet at night and very easy to access all the facilities with out struggling you didn't feel like it was 'packed'. Lovely site and we would certainly go back.

Liked: Great amount of space between pitches on the camp site. Entertainment great although all children need to be silent when adult bingo is on otherwise no complaints. We hadn't booked swimming as it was a last minute get away for us but the pool staff managed to squeeze us in which was great! Arcades was a nice size and all things working along with the staff being very helpful and welcoming.

Liked: Great stay on the park. The touring pitches are well spaced and close to all amenities plenty of room for awning and car. The staff were all friendly from the shop to the bar. The laundry room great and reasonably priced. Bingo was fun big money can be won!

Disliked: The chip shop is over priced and very very slow. The toilets are cleaned once in the morning and by the evening they’re dirty with blocked toilets and all marked. A toilet brush would be such a help to keep it clean through the day.

Liked: Good pitch. Kids loved the pool and entertainment. The park is good for their age.

Disliked: The toilet block needs updated and not the cleanest. There were lots of wasps at the seating area at the park. Very angry and stinging. Appears to be a nest that needs removed.
Poor dessert one night. Had items missing and when we asked about it the waitress was rude.

Liked: Very nice place for families with children. We were in tents and there is a free indoor pool. You can play golf. There is a NISA store. Showers are available and, above all, it is clean and safe there. Parents can relax while the children play on the playground and there is fun for the whole family. I recommend !

Liked: Excellent location and facilities. Nice small site with lots nearby.
Good chip shop and Spar 2 mins up the road in the town.
Swimming pool is fantastic and 5 a side pitch for football is immaculate.

Disliked: Site is well kept however no nighttime security to enforce any kind of curfew. Both nights had to ask groups to stop singing and playing loud music after 1 am.
We had young kids and this would stop us coming back here.
Nobody really slept all weekend and have arrived home exhausted.
Teenagers still playing hide and seek amongst the tents to similar times.
Very disappointed as this place could be great.

Staff or customer service no real help at all with this.

Liked: Got the same pitch as last visit which is great as it took half the time to settle the kids in; they already knew their favourite spots to play in while we set up!

The touring area has an excellent mixture of visitors, some with kids and some without but everyone seems ok with the fact kids are noisy sometimes.

Sundrum is 25 minutes from home, but you still feel far enough away to not be tempted to go home and check the post.

Disliked: The wifi signal still needs improving to be of any use on the pitches.

Liked: Loved the facilities for children as we had two older grandchildren and one younger grandson with us. The children loved the swimming pool and the facilities at the park. The younger one went with an older grandchild to the painting and they both loved it. There was plenty of organised entertainment for them. This was particularly useful as it rained all week. It was also great value for money.

Disliked: We did not dislike anything and will definitely be back to Sundrum Castle Holiday Park.
