I must say, this cargo company exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, their service was impeccable. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my package arrived right on schedule, without a scratch. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the ease of tracking my shipment. Highly recommended!

I sent my things from Ajman on the 26th of June night and I received them in Mumbai on the 6th of July afternoon. I am very pleased as I've tried other packers before who have promised a good delivery bt once your things are with them then they keep you waiting and the excuse is waiting for clearance. I was expecting the same from and was very skeptical however since the ABC cargo staff were polite and courteous I decided to give them a chance and I am really happy to say I received amazing service. Right from the start when they came to pack my things they did a fantastic job and were very pleasant, polite and reassuring about it which means alot..then I could check on the app and track my parcel from the first day till it reached me and this made me feel secure. I was happy to see the parcel arrive so soon I was told it would take 10 to 15 days but was here in exactly 10 days and in good condition. Even the courier guy who delivered it was very pleasant despite the fact that he had to carry two 30kg cartons and I stay on the 2nd floor and my building has no lift..a pleasant experience and I wl surely be using this cargo company more often and recommending them to everyone I know who needs these services. I've had really bad experiences with others in the past like Prime cargo etc. broke all my things in the Carton and then refused to even compensate for the same..bt im glad I've found a decent cargo service now. Thank you ABC for your very professional services. All the very best to you. All of you are very polite and courteous and that's what makes it pleasant to work with besides the timeliness shown in delivery and keeping your word to the customer..kudos to u!!!

The team at abc cargo is amazing.their staff Mr sarath ajman office referred me to them and I would do the others. I was in a tight crunch and needed a delivery ASAP. Despite me being in a rush they came up with quick solutions all with outstanding customer service. Thank you.

I appreciate the service... delivery on time....but I request all customers not to give additional amount to delivery drivers because it's not included in package and company is not aware of this malpractice. It's my experience that after paying all cargo fees for our items drivers are bargaining for the money....it will be more difficult when it's being dealt by our old parents.... Otherwise from company side they all are very supportive and caring for our luggages....????

It's very sad to say I sent my courier through abc cargo on 14th may 2023 and made it express service by paying extra expected time given was 20 days and today is 1st July 2023 till now the cargo is not received .while checking status online it shows waiting for clearance since 30th may .I have important stuff in the cargo which was required on Eid ,Eid also finish it's very bad experience ever .
The most sad thing is whenever we call or WhatsApp they say we can not do anything wait for another week and this goes on ....

I never recommend anyone abc cargo
