During my trip in April 2023 here it was the best currency rate to change euro/dollars into dirhams. There was a queue sometimes but it isn’t a big problem.

Very difficult to do any transaction from tgis branch. Staff members are always talking each other without considering customers. They are not at all helpful. Horrible experience

The worst branch or maybe even the whole exchange is ridiculous. The customer service agents have no professionalism and slow as turtles. Very disappointing. Better use ansari in 1st floor in the same luly supermarket.

Tiny branch and always busy. Staff are slow and non professional, always making fun with each other or clients. Should increase staff here.
