This has to be the best model shop in the north west. The staff are always great and make you feel welcome.and will always help with eny questions related to modeling. Plus If they don't have a particular model or item in store thay will order it for you. Brilliant service and even better prices ????

Great model shop, wish that there was one as good near to me. Good prices and nice and friendly staff every time.

(You're missing an opportunity by not doing online sales in my opinion. There are so many online model shops with very poor websites in the UK)

Have only made a small purchase for a Christmas gift but customer service was excellent. I was contacted as had not supplied name of family member who giftvwas going to. They were really helpful, kind and wished us a great Christmas. It feels more like a company who actually takes time out to know their clients which I love.

Visited here for the first time, as was visiting the area been. I've been using their mail order for most of my orders as I live a long way away from here, found the shop great staff very friendly and very competitive on prices for there kits very helpful and great staff, thank you
