United minibuses and coaches helped us out last minute when the original coach company we booked with let us down.

I was able to get a price instantly through their website and make the booking within around 15mins for 2 coaches and 1 minibus.

All the buses we got were really high end and drivers all seemed professional

I just wanted to say a massive Thank You to the team over at United Minibuses and Coaches. Our members club booked the large Mercedes Coach for a day out to the North of London and we were really happy with the coach as well as the price point we were charged (the coach itself was really new and shiny!) and the driver was so polite and helpful.

You can tell the company really cares about its customers as they took the time out to explain how the booking would work with the coach, driver and parking on the day as well as the coach we would get for the day. The company also put us in contact with the driver a few days before the booking which made it really easy to get all the group on and off the coach before and after the trip.

I was really pleased with how easy the quote and booking process was - their online calculator for prices is so easy to use and I was able to book almost immediately and also pay online which I struggled to do previously using another local company.

The work ethics of United Coach drivers has given me an indication that this outstanding company treats their employees as part of the family. I had the opportunity of using them almost everyday and their driver (Paul) always was on time. professional, respectful and is geographically very versed. Their units are always clean and safety is their number one priority. Great customer service skills by the office staff and also by the drivers. Highly recommend this company for any work in relation the the type of service they provide.

I just wanted to say thank you to United Coaches for providing such great customer service not only during making my booking but the coach driver yesterday was fantastic.

I cannot remember the drivers name, he was very helpful with some of my older friends very patient and kind.

The coach was very clean and modern.

I would strongly recommend using United Coaches

Just wanted to say a quick thank you for the service we received. United Coaches were really efficient through the booking process, the coach was new and really comfortable and Allan was a first class driver and looked after us really well all day. We will definitely use UC again and would highly recommend them.

Thank you so much for a professional service taking 16 of us to Snowden and back to W Sussex. We particularly enjoyed the luxury service onboard including USB ports on each seat, toilet facilities, air conditioning and the professionalism of the two coach drivers Ali and Jimmy, who were very friendly and extremely helpful. We look forward to using your services again.

Lady who drives minibus very dangerous! Has no awareness of anyone around her at all! Many times around Manor Royal and Tushmore roundabout she cuts the lanes
Re-training needed I think! Or another driving test.
