I had few bad experiences from there in past , but I don't know why , these guys are doing good now a days in car wash, I did car wash yesterday from there, it was good not only in their service but also in their attitude. Seems like the staff learned how to respect customers.

Less staff in all ADNOC outlets , it will take minimum 15 to 20 minute to fill the petrol and card transaction. Most of the petrol station only contaons 95 and 98 petrol.

Yesterday I asked for full special petrol, while I’m waiting suddenly I heard like waterfall sound then I saw all the petrol was going outside in a massive way , I called someone to notice that at the same time I was shocked !!!
First of all no one tried to inform me to switch off the car at least for safety even the manager, Second it is very dangerous why there is no maintenance!!! It is your responsibility to take care of these things our safety and yours !! Why the sensor wasn’t working when it was full ?!l
And I was late because he was trying to let me pay full amount or less little bit just to cover the amount I asked him even he wants to call the police because I’m sure how much the full tank petrol in my car in this month and i won’t pay more. He wasted my time just to convince me to pay !!
And it is not my problem that you are not fixing the sensor .

Do not go there for Oil change, they will tell you we do not have oil filter, they will lie about not having 15k service, no air filter cleaning, no checking of what they say they would: brake fluid, clutch fluid, tires pressure, coolant fluid.etc...Simply the staff won't do anything and keep denying service for any reason (they denied service for two cars in the queue , I do not know what they told them!) which is mere lie. They told me at the beginning we do not have 15k service only 10k, then it turned out that they have it!

I went here for car wash exterior cleaning was good but Interior cleaning was very poor. Not professional. They did not even clean the visible stains on the dashboard.

Whenever I come here to the bunk they say that card doesn’t work, what kind of petrol pump doesn’t accept card ? Not once but 4/5 times same story in almost one year ! Very poor service and rude staff
