For the maintenance and the quality of the building , the price is totally not worth it .
Worst behavior ever from landlord whenever you ask something.
Maintenance takes ages to be done after u have follow them for days .
Not recommending anyone there at all

ما انصح ابدا ابدا بالسكن فيها
عليها كميه مشاكل داخليه مش محلوله . الشكل من برا حلو بس الصيانه الداخليه خربان بشكل غير طبيعي
الناطور باشا في البنايه ما يسوي ولا شيء وصاحب البنايه اللي ماضي معاه العقد ولا يتحرك من مكانه
والله والله وان تجربه البنايه خربانه من جوا وغاليه علي الفااااضي وكتير ناس مشيوا منها
