Although their complete system is online and accessible to their existing customers from their office or home. Today i have visited them after many years as i need some information. They have upgraded their customer service with new look and different office.
Great customer services as always.

They should improve their portal, we r trying to do some amendments in the company but without any reason they r rejecting over documents, its been more than a month we are stuck with this transaction .. called customer service so many times,but not solving our issue.

The worst con that I've ever faced. Hidden fees over 5000 AED and nobody cares at all about investors. I have already processed that closure that I have never been informed about the 2650 AED fees - no-one cared at all and asked me to pay first and then complain if i want to- So i paid the amount needed and every-time they just add a fee Miscellaneous and I had to pay to go on with the process and to get my refund 2500AED. Anyway it was all paid and waiting over 14 days with the confirmation that there was no more fees needed to receive today another fee that was never mentioned or applied - 2500AED Miscellaneous (Hidden fee) and nobody is even explaining what is wrong and how all this mistakes could happen. Always pay first and then ask and complain- I have paid a lot and nobody even answered any question so far.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience in the end. All was good right up to the process of closing down our company. A simple freelance company took 8 months and a ticket back to uae to actually process the whole thing. The issue is that they did not want to return the deposit. On the phone, they were telling many different issues why they can't process. We had to physically fly back and go to the office directly. Once we were here, it was solved within an hour. Cherry on cake. They did not process the deposit in full, mentioning verbally some FreeZone rules that we were supposed to be verbally informed about, that the deposit won't be returned in full amount. Expect a 30% deduxt from it. Work with them at your own risk.

Very unprofessional team. Their Finance department is very lazy. You will have to follow up with them for many months to get your refund back. I recommend you to choose any other free zone for the license of your business. Otherwise you will have to be ready for the harassment.

I have been with AFZA for the last 20 years..Our office is in C1 building of the freezone and we dont have a designated parking spot, hence we have to park behind the freezone or opposite. In the last month we've had 2 car break ins with the back window fully shattered and cash from the car stolen. One incident on march 11 and 1 today april 21. I had informed the freezone authorities after the march incident BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN and so this has happened again. Extremely shaken up with these 2 encounters. Never imagined this to happen in the UAE and definitely not in the freezone vicinity.

Just wanted to share our experience dealing with customer service management team yesterday, Mr. Adel Binhatem was exceptionally kind and helpful to us. Aparently, he noticed that we were not fully satisfied with our service at customer service counter, he approached us on his own to ask about our concern and did his utmost to resolve it on the same day! The matter was resolved very fast and his personal touch and assistance was so unforgetable. Floor Manager Mr. Musabah was consistently professional and helpfull throughout our multiple interactions with Ajman FreeZone.

I really Appreciate the Customer Service Dept. Specially Ms. Zahra and Mr. Khalid for their efforts to resolve our issue with other departments and their availability and support. Need more of them to live the Tag line of Free Zone " Simplify Business Amplify Success".
