My advise to the tower management is “ SECURITY SYSTEMS NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED VERY IMMEDIATELY ☠️ ” !! or else people will leave the tower forever on the search of peace✌️????!.
very poor service from the security team.

Being in the tower was an adventures ( cautious way ????) Experience , WOW !!!

We had great food classic Pikasthani food at Ajman. Cheap and best at the town. #puribhaji

Waste of money , party Hall, pool, everywhere you need to pay a lot and low service. Kids are not allowed to play ball recently. 1st floor only there is plastic grass.. dirty. Dust storage room full of cockroches. Dog owner not taking good care of the mess after their pet toilet, in corridors you can see it.. Parking
has many places damaged but not fixed in years.If from every flat charging some good amount of annual fee, there should be good facilities also. Continuously wrong fire alarms. Now they want to keep doorsteps empty, packing your shoes and slippers with type. But many of the units still has mats and decoration items in front of their doors. Not fair.. We are planing to leave this place as soon as possible.

Living in Ajman one tower is nice experience due to the offered facilities like common garden are on 5th floor where all 12 towers are joint together, Jim, swimming pool, café, Masjid, jogging track and langue school are in this area, kids, young mothers and families have a great time here each evening. the 2nd best thing is the best grocery stores, restaurants, barbers, laundry, drug stores and bakeries are under these towers.
A very quite and humble community has developed in these towers which make you live easy.

Great community in ajman all services are very close 5 minutes walk to beach ????️ I recommend for a safe family living.

Simple, great complex for living, easy to access shops on the first floor podium with Nesto & Viva on the sides of tower for easy to access shopping, all towers are connected together through first floor. Although prices on the 1 floor are a bit expensive it's better to get things you need from the ground.

i’ve lived there since i was young and it was such an amazing buildings with big rooms and good service, but the only thing in the garden people are coming from outside the building and causes very annoying and nonsense problems but thankfully they are trying to deal with it but at the end it’s soo good

Three stars for the place which near many hypermarkets & restaurants.
Hado bad experience with The service for maintenance from emirates properties side., always no response. Some apartment have amazing view specially highest floor.
