Serious headache for businesses in Ajman, we are paying nearly 2000 dirhams per month for a car service station.
This are imposing something to a society they won’t question!!!

I went multiple times on Saturday but they asked me to come back on weekdays. So I have to take a day off from my job in Dubai & drove again to Ajman.
Once reached, no sufficient parking spaces, but if you have SUV, you can park on the sand/rocks nearby. The reception in the ground couldn’t serve me. So they asked me to go to level 6 from in a neighboring building. The building got no sign for ASPC, and the lobby only have a tag forASPC in level 7 so I went there. Met the reception there explained to her my case which just replied with “level 6”, no introduction no nothing. Went to level 6 and there is no separate female waiting area, small cramped waiting sofa but filled with men already. After 20 wait, I was told that connection to my villa area will not take place till next year. The reception/customer care in G floor basically clueless and ASPC should provide better Call Centre instead of us driving multiple-times for something can be convoyed over the phone.

I have not met friendlier and helpfull staff ever till I went to the Ajman Sewerage Company. Both at the time of activating sewerage service and when applying for NOC they behaved so nicely that I felt that the staff assisting me was working for me. I was amazed by the staffs friendliness, trust me I need not say anything good about these guys as I got my NOC already, but the friendly service the staff member offered me was so great that its worth giving them a 5 Star rating. Not only for their friendliness but also for the quick services they offer.

Worst customer service, these days require a lot of patience but the employee in the reception he is very rude and not letting me speak. Still i dont understand why i am paying to ajman sewerage company. The customer service its very poor, they need more training.

If we go to office,they should work for customers.
They should not tell customer go and do it online. many people don't know online knowledge . if everyhting in online then why this office here?.

It is 7.00 PM and they did not give me ticket. Manager rudely refuse to give any ticket. Timings on google map should be changed to 7.00 PM not 7.30 PM. Two arab guys got served without ticket later on.

This is inside my house toilet.....the RAW waste bathroom water directly comming to my room toilet Nuyamiah area near Sinara supermarkt MR.KHALIL building.
i personally visit the Real estate company in this Ramadan who own the building.
But still did not solve the problem.My family room in ground floor G1.
its very much hard to live in this ramadan.... to do the wash for prayers/showers/wash cloths etc.
so, i would like to request the right people to help me solve this problem.
