Absolutely spotlessly clean! Can't praise it enough. Best nights sleep I've ever had in a b&b, comfy bed and beautiful crisp, white cotton sheets. Perfect place in a beautiful location. We'll definitely be visiting again.

This place is amazing. Set in the middle of the Yorkshire Moors, it is tranquil and quiet. Birdsong and farm life is all around. No cars, no rubbish, no worries.
The Cottages, which there are 4, are spacious and cosy, with underfloor heating. All the mod cons and Wi-Fi is adequate (loses single occasionally). There is no mobile network coverage, which could be a good, if you don't want to be disturb.
Prefect location. 30 minutes to Whitby. 45 minutes to Scarborough. The City of York is just over a hour away.
The host Rachel and Rory are lovely and are at hand to help.
I shouldn't give a good review really because I want to come back. However it is Magnificent ???? ???? ???? ???? ???????? ???? ????

Wonderful place to stay, very pleasant, clean, modern rooms in a old farm setting. A lovely view of St Hilda's ancient church across the fields. Speedy wifi. Log burning fire. And nice and quiet!

Fantastic location and one of the cleanest and nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Rachel was accomodating and friendly, and the breakfast (especially the homemade jam) was sublime! We will be back.

Genuinely outstanding. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to explore what Yorkshire has to offer . Absolutely everything required in the cottage and like a home from home
