I really like Bubee, the taste is unique compare to other tea out there.

There are huge variety of flavours
I recommend Okinawa Rocksalt very tasty!

They have siopao and siomai also.
Very cozy place.

Good for hangouts with friends
the costumer service is good also.

So i tried their Top 1 Okinawa drink
And tastes sooo bad honestly money wasted
I tried their oreo cream cheese b4 and that was good my expectation was high for the top1 but this was really bad not recommended at all

Patrick, Naomi, Nabin and Geicelle are the reason why I keep coming back to this place they are truly devoted and always cheerful. Really excellent customer service.

If anyone has a chance swing by their buble tea is amazing

Harlaxton Manor is a superb country house set in the most incredible grounds. Private bookings only as this property is not open to the public. Service, 5 Star no faults, Grounds are outstanding, Building, rooms and views, amazing, a rich man's paradise.

Harlaxton isn't open to visitors often so we felt privileged to be able to look around, especially with such good weather. It is a beautiful building, set in extensive gardens. If you get the chance, go! Take the time to read the banners giving the history of the house, it's really fascinating.

Harlaxton Manor is a beautiful example of a loved and well maintained historic building. The Christmas display was excellent, tasteful and had plenty of information on the rooms you visited. You were welcomed into the sound of a pianist playing and a Christmas Carole or two being sung. Very festive and helpful staff on call full of festive cheer. The gardens were equally impressive.

I've been wanting to visit Harlaxton Manor for a while now as the architecture when viewed from the outside makes one most curious to see the inside. And the interior doesn't disappoint. What an interesting and beautiful country house. We took advantage of the Open House taking place this weekend and had a most enjoyable time finding out more about the manor and it's history. The gardens too were a delight to stroll through with their clever layout on numerous levels.

Just one small critique. Something that would have made our visit a tad more satisfying was if there had been a timed entry system running, to balance out the number of people visiting. Too many visitors at the same time more often than not takes away from the atmosphere of a place somewhat. Apart from that, a wonderfully historic house well worth an outing.

We had a lovely family time here. The staff were very friendly and engaged with the children.
The manor itself is very neat and well looked after with astounding detail throughout. Definitely worth a visit.

A beautiful building built around 1830s, with a long driveway approaching it. Parking on the grass. The house is only open downstairs, where there is a cafe. Outside in the gardens are benches and picnic tables. The garden pond is overgrown and green with weeds. The garden is mainly banks of lawn with walks The only plants and flowers are in the area behind the house which could be better maintained. The house has been used for many films and dramas. The house is better maintained than the gardens, due to it's wedding catering I feel.

Stunning buildings in a gorgeous setting, we visited on an extremely hot open gardens day. Staff/volunteers were most welcoming, informed and enthusiastic; often dropping into conversations the historical competition with Belvoir Castle visible on the horizon.
These opportunities are infrequent due to it being a working estate/college, so if you have yet to visit make sure you check out the website. Although the building itself wasn't open for tours ( a few bookable dates each year), the Golden room is used for the sale of refreshments along with the conservatory - a large Pimm's with extra ice was just right for the occasion.
Taking time for a picnic in the shade of a Cedar tree, we happened upon the head gardener doing the same, his friendly chat, knowledge and dedication to the estate made for good conversation.
The plans to develop the walled gardens (on the left as you drive towards the manor) are exciting and should allow for a year round attraction.
I would happily awarded 5 stars, however there was little direction signage and no plan or map leaflet to guide you round available. The £8 guide book focuses on the history and internal photos etc.

Visited on Sunday 24th August 2022. Manor was open to the public on Saturday & Sunday, for the first time in 190 years. Wonderful exteriors & interiors. Extensive Gardens were a bonus. This Manor is used by an American University , as an opportunity for overseas students to experience life in the UK . They live , work and play inside this magnificent building. What a privilege . What lucky people.????
