Outstanding experience. Not only was the service very significantly cheaper than the competitors’, but the quality of the service was beyond what we have ever received. What a hassle free experience - you drop and collect your car from the short stay car park - such a luxury ! The price was so much cheaper that we had doubt on what to expect, but turns out it was the best parking experience EVER ! I had forgotten some precious earrings in the car and they very kindly kept it safe for us until we got back.
100% recommend, and will definently be using this again !!

Possibly the best car rental place I have used. I really hope they expand to more countries and airports. Really quick, easy, no surprises and very friendly staff. Totally took the stress of car rentals out of us. I unfortunately got a chip on the windscreen and they resolved it with minimal stress and very low cost to me - no admin fees. Thank you for that.

This isn’t too good to be true. I was a bit sceptical to try this new service of renting someone else’s car, especially given how cheap it is. But I gave it a go given the trust pilot reviews were so positive, and the system works! I got a great car (much nicer than the rentals I usually get) at half the price, half the hassle and lovely customer service. Looking forward to the Stanstead location opening!

Brilliant service! The car was spotless. Pick up and drop off are a short walk from the South terminal. Great value for money. Definitely will be using the service again.

I used car and away for the first time recently, I was dubious at first as I wasn’t sure quite how it worked. The customer service were really helpful when I had a few problems with their booking system and generally just really nice! Great service and amazing value for money

We hired a car at Gatwick and it was seem less from collecting to drop off, extremely helpful lady in the office and very reasonably priced, will definitely be using Car and Away again.

Experience spoiled by failure to clean the interior of the car. The boot was unusable due to the amount of dog hair plastered in it.
