The worst tadbeer i have worked with. The staff was not polite and unprofessional. I tried twice to bring a maid from outside the country but they failed due to they recommended not professional maid and not unhealthy. I waste my time and waited for two month for nothing. I not recommend any one to deal with them because they are not professional at all.

unprofessional staff wala telling the customer while he is talking good bye and then hang up phone, and maza telling to stop talking i don’t recommend this tadbeer, manager failed to respond to customer every time they are saying they are in the meeting no one to contact, my maid was returned by others to the office her salary was not paid, and when i call them to pay her salary they say tomorrow and after tomorrow and the after tomorrow now long time she didn’t receive it, Please stop eating people rights, maza telling me its not your issue if she didn’t took her salary, also when you will call they will hang up the phone or will ignore you, i feel bad for her she have family.

Bad communication, no reply via WhatsApp & reply to calls after several calls.
Although we pay cash and on time, they delay in refunding the money which take 20 - 30 days.

There is no transparency, there is no direct communication, we communicate with them via WhatsApp and calls several times, no respondent, the date specified for the refund was not adhered to. We submitted a complaint to the Ministry of Labor and Human Resources Development and sent the office the complaint number via WhatsApp, and there are no procedures after it. An office that wastes people's time and delays people's rights. When we provide a document that related about the refund policy they said that after 5 days we will refund the payment and still I didn’t receive the payment. They also said that the employee we dealt with traveled as if the office had no employees except this employee.

Fees have to be paid in cash which is not very secure and convenient. You have to stand in line on the cashier not to miss your turn which is not convenient in this Covid timing!!! They dont have token system to make it easier for applicants and to serve them in the right order

very bad experience in this branch....i had went 3 times there and also i take one house maid from there too....in the noon time the staffs are very careless they play in mobile phones nd they laugh very loud when customers are waiting...not even they provide token numbers if u go there in the noon time....counter number 4,5 the lady wre targeting on some people and purpusfully they dnt attend even if they are free....

Very bad service and not honest at all . I had very bad experience with them.
I don't advise anyone to take house-made from them. I had issue with the house-made i took from them but they help her to escape and create story to leave. Regarding the safety they are zero specially the stuff who in charge about the house-made they are not puttying mask or follow the procedure to avoid Covid 19. لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم أبدا

The worst Office I have dealt with , I wanted nanny / tutor they lie to me gave me normal house maid which they suppose to get lower salary , refunding the money after 30 days all other offices one week . Extremely not happy
