The "Berty", as it is affectionately known, is a wonderful pub with friendly staff who always give you a warm welcome. There is always an everchanging choice of 11 real ales and a great selection of whiskies, gins, vodkas and bottled beers. Simon the landlord, is famous for his excellent curries. All meals are very good and i can reccommend the beef and stilton pie. We are very fortunate to have such an excellent pub in our village.
