It has association with good brands, customer are satisfied with their authorise distribution of merck, sigma and Fisher brand.

Although they must need to improve service cycle from generating order to invoice, it is very time consuming. Customers has to wait atleast an hour.

Customer support is terrible. The worst business experience I've had in the UAE. The products are good, though.
