I received truly excellent levels of care from Mr Aslam and all the staff who looked after me following a hip replacement. From barely being able to walk in March 2023 I’m now back to full mobility and was riding my horse again after 2 months. I would particularly like to thank Mr Aslam for his amazing skills and Jen from Physio for her caring and professional support. I would highly recommend Droitwich Hospital and Mr Aslam’s team.

MRI and several meetings with Dr Gulati, Orthopadic surgeon. Professional, caring and quick responses. I feel listened to and I also saw other patients being treated with the utmost respect. All interactions very positive and the staff seemed dedicated. The cleanliness on-site is also top notch.

I feel I must write this review for Jane Hood - Outpatients admin lead who deserves to be thanked for all her kindness.

Having spoken to several members of staff earlier in the week and doing exactly what I had been advised to do by those staff members, I was getting no where fast!
I had been trying to chase a letter/email which should have gone to my husbands GP. I was getting extremely upset and frustrated because no one seemed to be able to help……or want too, but on Thursday morning I spoke to Jane who was absolutely lovely. She was so empathetic and understood my frustrations and offered to look into things straight away. She told me she would get back to me. At first I thought I wasn’t going to hear back because of the experience I had had earlier in the week, but within a couple of hours she rang me to say she had organised someone to type up the letter and had got it forwarded to my husbands GP.
Having worked in a medical background myself for many years I really don’t like speaking badly of the other staff members, given the pressures and workloads I know they must be under especially since Covid but Jane went above and beyond. She was so kind, compassionate and got the job done. I really cannot thank her enough.

I had an umbilical hernia repair, surgery on 22/04/2023 .
The staff , my surgeon and the anaesthetist were all fabulous . Amazing care , understanding and compassion. I thoroughly recommend this hospital and it’s staff, quality of care and I couldn’t of asked for more - thank you so much

Excellent care and service from the girls in the imaging/ radiology department. Have already returned for additional MRI's and would recommend this department to anybody needing professional and friendly treatment.

The telephone and Appointments system at Droitwich is just appalling. They keep you on the telephone for 15 minutes, then cannot connect you. Promises to ring you back do not happen. I had an appointment there at 6.30pm today. At 5.15 they rang me yo
