I have been to Cotehel a few times, how have I missed this? Walk up through the field to the tower, spiral staircase up to the to where the views are amazing. Well worth the detour from the gardens.

Built by the Edgcumbes in the middle of a field, serves no purpose, it was only a 60 feet high 'Folly' more than a functioning building. Has accessible spiral stairs inside up to the roof.

The area by the kissing gate was a bit muddy, but that meant I had the tower to myself and little drone.
