Al Diwan Towers has a significant bachelor tenant population. The crowding and noise level can be overwhelming, making it feel less like a home and more like a dormitory. And the elevator wait times? Forget it - sometimes it's over 30 minutes！

It is said that five-star reviews can be ranked first :P

Great and spacious rooms. My children are always happy playing around and relaxed. We have sound mind living here.and living with all nationalities. good society for growth of young generation

the building management has not effectively enforced rules and maintained a healthy and clean environment within the building. This has resulted in families and singles coexisting without proper consideration for the well-being of both groups.

I think most people who complain about other people living here too are recist, being too uncomfortable around people who never do them any bad. i live here happily with my family most times when they close work they pass balls with my children and we all laugh. stop recism and have peace of mind

Hygienic & Pleasant environment to live with wonderful beach view. Best for families if you ever visit to Ajman I highly recommended to you stay here and enjoy the life.

this building used to be a nice comfortable home to families only. it is now full of 1000+ bachelors and AC’s barely work anymore & maintenance services are basically non existent. not to mention you’re always gonna be late to school & work because you have to wait 30 minutes for the elevator to come, and it is PACKED with million men who have 0 awareness of personal space. as a woman, i do not feel safe here anymore. i’m always at risk of being squished into an elevator full of men or i’ll have to suffer and take the stairs to the 15th floor. if you are a family who are planning to move here DO NOT COME HERE! this place isn’t for you!! sadly they’re clearly transforming it into a bachelors only building.

I rented my accommodation in AL Diwan Towers from AQAR for the last 3 years. My accommodation is supposed to be family building. Recently, They rented several flats for bachelors. We are talking about 20-30 people per 2 bedroom flat. It is becoming unsafe for us and our families. I am concerned about the health and safety in the building. The lifts are becoming crowded all the time no respect for families, they push themselves (new residents) inside the lift with no consideration to elders or kids or women. It is an appalling state. The Building clearly displayed that it is a family building. I and several residents complained about it to the company and we were told if we don’t like we can leave. It is a rude and irresponsible attitude. I am extremely disappointed that a company with such low standard exist in the UAE. We raised several complaints to the AUTHORITIES, but to no avail. I am absolutely disgusted with the service they are providing.

The tower's prime location was a major advantage, granting easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. It was an absolute pleasure to explore Ajman, thanks to the tower's convenient positioning.

Having experienced the tower firsthand for an extended period, I wholeheartedly recommend AL Diwan Tower Ajman to anyone seeking an outstanding stay. Don't let baseless reviews deter you. This place is a true gem that offers a consistently remarkable experience.
