Don’t buy any Pos hardware or software from this outlet they say it a under warranty for 1 year and they will provide customer support for software

I have purchased Pos complete package including hardware and software plus brought extra scanning device now I am facing issues with the touch system it gets stuck and freezes I’ve contacted them many time they say to bring the system to them for repair and they won’t provide any alternative system like they want me to keep my supermarket closed till my system gets repaired
Secondly the software always have problems and is not user friendly at all now they don’t want to either change nor repair my system so please take care purchasing from these people
