They arrived an hour late, we booked for a wedding collection at 11.30pm and they arrived at 12.30pm. When I called they kept saying the taxi was 10 minutes away which was clearly not true - when I then asked if it had left yet they said it hadn’t. No reason given for why it was an hour late. If they were honest from the beginning we would not have been left waiting in a field in the rain.

Very happy with my service today. Easy to book last night, had a confirmation booking text as well as a text this morning. My driver Lemeul was very friendly and had already devised a 'Plan B' in case the traffic was jammed near the airport due to the train strikes.

Well, I was slightly confused when I got the text message with the car licence plate, because I was told that I was looking for a certain reg plate on a RED car but after a couple of calls saying that the driver was on his way; that was followed by a missed call, (I couldn't answer the phone in time,) I contacted the firm to get the message that I was actually to expect a SILVER car which was at my location. I had a very good trip to my destination. Thank you very much for all your help.

Great service. I use roadrunners for long and short journeys, the drivers are always polite and helpful, and most of all their driving skills always makes me feel safe.

I have been getting taxis with Roadrunners for years, sometimes before work, but usually for the night walk for safety as I'd started being followed home. I hadn't had any issues until a few months ago, when one of their drivers not only shouted at me to pay cash, when card is usually available but also told me I wouldn't be able to get out until I'd paid. This all stemmed from me realising halfway through the journey that I'd forgotten my card at home.....
I have anxiety, depression, complex ptsd, and suspected autism, and this interaction left me having a panic attack shortly before work. I was assured if I wrote to their complaints line that this would be taken seriously, but have yet to receive a reply.
So here I am publically letting everyone know how they both treat their REGULAR, DAILY customers and DONT follow up on what is essentially an aggressive altercation with a neurodivergent person. And thank you for choosing for me when it comes to my safety and getting home every night, and for not following up. You have lost my custom and I have also warned my own customers to cease service with you.
This is a downright dangerous and you've decided to ignore it, I'll be taking this to the Ombudsman if I receive no reply within the week.

Got a lift on a Friday night at 11.30pm with no prior planning

Great price; very quick pick up and the best bit of all was the driver. Mustafa (driver number 132) was the friendliest driver I've ever had. Very safe driver but he was so friendly but not overbearing in anyway. I will use the company again Purley from his excellent service

I've had 3 taxis so far on my visit to Redhill, all three drivers have been polite and friendly, the taxis have been punctual, and the journeys perfect. all pricing has been agreed before by the operator, receipts have been given with each, and finally for the personal touch the operator on the phone remembered y name this morning even though I couldn't remember the name of the hotel I was staying in! an excellent taxi firm.

As usual Roadrunners provided a prompt, efficient and polite service, as they also did on Monday when I and my two children got a ride from Heathrow to Reigate. Both drivers were very polite and really nice guys.
