Basic is the word. Rooms are small but OK for a night. Beds were uncomfortable but clean. No toilet roll in the room. WiFi didn't work especially in an area with limited phone reception. Could do with improvement.

We booked room in this hotel for 1 night.And when we was near the hotel,they call us and sad:"Sorry,we double booked yours room, another people want to stay longer,then you". it was at 7pm!
If you want stay at the night with your wife and dog in the car,or you like surprises-book this hotel...

Located in the middle of heavenly beauty , expect no cell reception here . Rooms have flickering to no wifi , But you are here to enjoy the nature isn't it ? Friendly and helpful staff , the whole village lives like a one big family . Complimentary breakfast is good enough to fill your tummy . Lunch starts at 1200 and dinner last served at 2030 hrs and they are not to bad . Cheapest by price when you have tondo a last minute booking

A traditional pub with friendly staff. Nicely cooked breakfast in the morning. We didn't stay the night because we travelled in our motorhome. If you're expecting 5 star accommodation / dining its probably not for you.

It was clean but no soap in bathroom, shower base leaked, only a little toilet roll, no milk for tea and the waste bin had not been emptied from the last people.
The radiator in the room did not work but did in the bathroom therefore a little damp.
However the staff are very nice, the food is good and the bar is also very friendly.

Ate here a lot 6 years ago when staying in the cottage opposite and the food was good and reasonable. As in the area again thought we would return.
Ordered lunch gammon each 1 with egg 1 with pineapple. Fiasco trying to pay as card machine rebooting.
Asked for water for our dog and was told certainly. Never did bring it. Food arrived nearly an hour later. Both gammon were with egg. When I pointed out I asked for pineapple I was bought 2 small rings of cold pineapple. Mushrooms were deep fried, and we had deep fried roast potatoes pretending to be saute. Very disappointing lazily cooked. Won't be back.

Room was clean, but that is as far as it went for the good points. No toiletries in the bathroom, shower didn't work, toilet seat was wobbly. Twin room one very small single bed and one double. Double was falling apart and didn't look as if it would carry 2 people. Single mattress was very hard. 2 teabags and 2 sachets of coffee, no milk and no teaspoons. Fire doors were banging all night. Very limited plug sockets, and one which did not work. Definitly won't be going again.

The staff are fantastic and the customers great despite the place being a dump! Whoever owns this place needs a kick up the backside as they are letting the local community down! They deserve a better pub!
