A 30 min cruise of the Bay area and the River Taff up to Bute Park. Automated but informative narration along the cruise. You can take a one way ticket or a round trip.

I had a wonderful cruise around the Cardiff Bay! Exhilarating and beautiful but also very windy and cold. This was one of the best cruises I’ve been on. The staff were very friendly and let me use my ticket for the previous departure as the buses were so late that day which was very kind, it made my day. I’ll definitely use Cardiff Cruises again.

These boat trips are brilliant: a great way to treat yourself to a lovely trip from Cardiff Bay to the city (if you want to go to the National Museum the boat takes you to within easy walking distance).

There is really interesting commentary on the way, pointing out all the local landmarks and historical features.

No more expensive than a taxi - and much more fun.

Really enjoyed return trip across the Bay. Very windy when we went but not too cold. Interesting commentary through the journey. Great views. Very smooth trip.

Disability discrimination at its finest. Was supporting a person with learning disabilities who has no access to anything but cash. Boat crew refused access to the boat and wouldn't accept cash
even though we had the correct amount to pay the fare. Not everyone has access to contactless payment options.

Pleasant ride around the Bay with automated commentary which was interesting. Good views and a reasonable journey time, didn't feel rushed.
