Despite the fact that they were booked solid for the next week, Howard and his team squeezed me in this morning to give my brakes the once-over, and now I have the reassurance of knowing it's safe for me to make short journeys for the next while for essential shopping trips until things get back to normal and I can book in to have them seen to properly. Not only that, they didn't charge me for the check. I have nothing but praise for this peerless level of service - very highly recommended.

Limped into the garage with a flat front motorcycle tyre. Immediate attention and valve issue fixed in minutes. Fantastic service. Saved my day.

Excellent, fast service would thoroughly recommend them. Broke down with a puncture and no spare. Came and collected the wheel, however needed a new tyre. Not too expensive.

I bought a car from Howard Selby which was great for the time I had it. a testimonial to its previous owner. Naturally I decided to get my next car from Howard and expressed my interest in another car more recently. After leaving my number and being assured personally by Howard that he would give me first refusal on a car recently part exchanged to him, giving me a rough price I was happy with (verbally) i never received a call and continuous attempts to speak with him to secure the vehicle were met with nothing 'he will call you back'. No reply, advice, thoughts or discussion of any kind. Only nothing. I was perturbed to see the same car still for sale recently at £1500 more than I was advised he would sell to me for and immediately called to talk to Howard with the same response from staff; 'Howard is not here' and 'take it up with him'. I won't hold my breath on a return call. I am very disappointed in Howard Selby Autos for not doing what they said they would do and simply call me back. Perhaps Howard never received my messages but he did have my number..
