Decent size apartment but terrible management. There's no security. Building was new 1 year ago and now it looks 20 years old from all the dirt and not well cleaned. The people don't know how to park their cars and they don't care. The neighbours cannot control their kids so they are very noisy and rubbish everywhere. The building smells really bad. I have complained to aqaar but unsurprisingly I got no response. There's so much more to say.

My review after living here for one year. There is no security in the building, no guards, etc. A week before, the tenants (including me) were having issues of someone scratching the car with keys. When we called the nathoor, he said go to police because there are no cameras and he cannot do anything. Police in ajman is pathetic so all of us had to contact insurance and get police report to get the bonnets, body, bumpers re-painted.
Issue no. 2 is there is no cleaning personnel in the entire building. The nathoor and his colleague cleans the building only one day in the entire week. This is horrendous. The building was brand new and now looks ugly.
Issue no.3 (and most frustrating), most of the tenants here do not park in one parking spot. They part their car in such a way that it takes the spot of two cars. Whether its an issue of illiteracy or regard for other people, but there is no system in place by Aqaar.
I tried calling aqaar complaint department but as normal, since its Ajman, no response. It's a complete lack of management and Aqaar interest in their property

The tower is new but unfortunately moisture has in all the rooms and Bath .
Perking issue
most of people coming out side the building and park their cars no one asking .
If you didn’t come early to park you will never found one .

It's hard to find a parking near the towers at night time, you can find very good restaurants nearby from all cuisines.

Most of those towers are smelly unfortunately and not so clean.

البناية حلوة من الداخل بس غالية مقارنة بأسعار عجمان، مافي تنظيم ، الولاد الصغار في الممرات وصوت صريخ طول الوقت، صوت الانذار داخل الغرف عادي يضل فوق العشر دقايق وما حد يطفيه ????
الباركنات عشوائية واي حد ممكن يدخل يصف ومافي حد مسؤول عشان تشتكي للموضوع، وعقار للأسف مثل قلتهم مافي اي فعل ????
البناية المفروض صرلها سنة وأول ساكن بس عادي تلاقي الاصانصير وسخ وكله مي ، وريحة الزبالة طالعة ????????
