I ordered flower box with chocolate as a gift for a friend i communicated via whatsapp and they were very helpful and assisted me make informed decisions however the reasons i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is
- late delivery (came an hour later than scheduled)
- price is a bit high (this box cost 350 aed)

I visited this place a few days ago and ordered a bouquet of flowers. I was in a hurry and the florist wasn't quick nor did he do a good job. I was asked to pay 100dhs for only 10 roses which were not the freshest either.
Highly dissapointed as I would've gotten way better bouquets somewhere else for a more reasonable price. Not worth my time or money

1st of all, the closing time mentioned on Google map is wrong (came last night at 10pm and it was already closed). I came today, the 2 sellers did not bother even to reply to my "hello". I looked invisible for them, one was serving a lady and the other one pretended to be busy and was doing his best effort to avoid me. I use to come to this shop time to time but I just left after standing in the shop for 10 minutes (with my 2 sons) and being ignored genuinely by this 2 bad manner seller (1 Arabic and 1 philipino), I will find another florist.
