Service has never failed to disappoint, honest reliable taxi firm who charge reasonable prices. Always arrive on time and the staff that work for them are friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have used this mini cab firm twice now since being on a break in Reigate. I have to say they are the loveliest bunch of guys, so friendly, helpful and always have a car available, where other local firms are always busy. I got a cab last night and the driver got out the car and walked all my heavy bags right up to the lift inside my building, a really lovely gesture when I was feeling unwell and tired.

I honestly cannot explain quite how brilliant my experience was. I was picked up by Dilhan (the owner of Reigate on Time) and he gave one of the best customer service experienced I've had in MANY years. He was early, patient, polite, proud of what he did and most of all, he understood the importance of his customers like no other driver I've ever had.

Today was the first time I've used Reigate on Time and I will forever make sure that he's the first I call moving forward. Fantastic and HIGHLY recommend!!

Nice guy who drove me to a wedding early in the morning and at short notice. He turned up bang on time and was friendly & polite. Would definitely use again.
