My 5 year old son loved it here. It's perfect for his age, though not so good for my daughter, who was 1.5 years when I took her here. My son especially loved the foam ball area, the light projection game, and the old fashion games that are dotted around the place. He wasn't so keen on the massive jungle gym, as found it a bit intimidating and wouldn't go in on his own. I did find the menu quite appalling, though. There is literally nothing other than seriously unhealthy options.

It is such a shame that a place with great potential is so badly looked after. It is absolutely filthy everywhere inside. Kids well over 7-8 years playing in the only under 5s area making it very unsafe for the smaller ones and no one says anything. You would expect a place like this to be shoe free but it is not, making is even dirtier.

There was some dude walking around with a cordless vacuum when we arrived today.
I think he may have missed a bit though inside the climbing equipment.
This is just 2 pictures, I could have made a catalogue.
The staff also walked down the slide, not a great influence on children when there's signs saying don't climb up the slide.
I wouldn't mind but it costs a fortune to go in

It was a good space for the kids. However, the under 5 section does get really overcrowded we arrived at 10.30am - so need to just be careful of ur toddler’s. Otherwise a good day out to burn off some of that energy

I will rate them 4 Star because some of the things I did not not like.
Positive things:
Nice engaging activities
Lot of rides and play area
Can host birthday parties
Huge indoor area
Separate areas for kids below 5
Good eating place
Some things can be improvised
If you have two kids of different age groups then there is a challenge between play areas.
The slide in the main area was so confusing like we had to ask some kids to reach.
My daughter was scared to go that route.
There was no signage for the rides timing
Also they were short on staff.
Overall a good place to bring kids.
Approximately you need to spend £35 for two kids and 1 adult.
If your kids are below 3 then prices may change.
Better to check the website.
Food is reasonable and good to host birthday parties.
Well maintained toilets.

An absolute cesspit! This place used to be amazing 8 years ago when I first took my eldest. Brought the kids along for another visit and it was as if we walked into a totally different place. Equipment the same although worn out but the state of the place made me heave! Filthy floors, food everywhere, grimy chairs and tables. I thought we were all doomed to catch something after our visit needless to say we only lasted 30 mins in there. We couldn’t stomach the thought of another minute in there and only tolerated that time for the kids sakes. There were hardly any staff members around. One at the entrance, couple in the kitchen and of course no one to clean the place. I only wish I saw the pictures of the previous review before going and for management to say they regularly deep clean the place - ha! The grime we saw was a build up of months of dirt! Place should be shut down until fit for use.

Such a disappointment. The big play area is huge however not suitable for autistic children and even his 8 year old sister was being shoved about by few of the much bigger kids there!
Another huge issue is around the wooden stairs in the under 5 area is thick dust! It causes issues for my sons asthma. Really disappointed.
The sensory area was amazing only issue is the sand was not clean it had dirt in it.
On top of that staff feel it is ok to come up to a child to main at them when the parent is right next to them. Such potential to make better but can’t see happening anytime soon.
Only two on the front desk seems happy to be there and very helpful. Absolutely gutted I waisted the money !!
If you have an autistic child do not take them here on weekend. It’s to loud and very large so they will become dysregulated!

Staff were incredible. Went fir our friend Charlie's 8th birthday party.
All the kids and parents had a great time.
Non stop fun and entertainment for 3 hours.
And tge pizza was pretty good too.
