I don't want to give even one star also, because it was such a nightmare that i didn't want to recall.
We 2 families booked 2 rooms and we almost changed 4 rooms because the first room we entered was a smoking room and the next room we couldn't sleep because it's ac is not working properly. We called the maintenance many times and they couldn't solve it. My child starts crying at midnight because of sweating and the other family also experiences the same they also change the room by 3 am.. Worst experience; the bed linen was also not clean I could find some hair strands in the pillows... Even the lift is not working properly, no fan or ac in the lift. We can see the maintenance people on every floor. Very bad experience..

As of today, Monday, July 10, 2023, I regret to inform you that the hotel's spa remains closed as it is still awaiting approval from the local municipalities. Additionally, the cafe is not currently in operation. It is also important to note that some guests may have experienced difficulties communicating with the staff, as they appeared to have limited proficiency in English and exhibited a lack of motivation in their work.

Wonderful hotel. Rooms are pretty cool and service was also good. Highly recommend this hotel.

dirty rooms the bed cover dirty is used already, toilet very smells bad, and room very hot.. don't come
