The car work was kept delaying before bringing the car they promised a day. Right after bringing the car, they postponed and postponed again after a few days. Even though the accident was light and didn't require this much time. I agreed with them on the repair and when I went to get my car they didn't do the expected and I had to go daily to remind them about their job. I had to take my car for a minor fix after I received it from them after a long time. They tried to do less than the bare minimum and expected me to say nothing. Even though they lost an item, and they promised to (fully) compensate, their words changed. They were extremely friendly until the day of receiving the car (moment of truth).
