I visited Wickersley Audiology for the first time today after searching for a local service for wax removal.
Booked my appointment online and got in very quickly to see them.
The service was nothing short of fantastic! The clinic is bright, modern and clean... Everything the local doctors surgery is not. Simon and his staff were very very friendly indeed, precisely what you'd want in this environment.

Simon informed me, (and showed me my inner ears on the larger screen) that I had no wax build up, but I did have some minor damage on my inner ear causing my discomfort and that it would take time to heal.
He took plenty of time to clearly described my issues and what to expect as regards recovery.

Cannot thanks these guys enough, my family will be returning and I would happily recommend anyone to call in to Wickersley Audiology for a first class service. 10/10!

Restored my hearing in under 15 minutes. We were welcomed and made to feel at ease as soon as we got through the door. Simon was superb, fully explaining each step of the procedure so I knew what to expect. 100% professional in every way and a thoroughly nice guy to boot!
I know that people visit this type of business through need rather than for fun but honestly, this visit was as pleasant as it could possibly have been.
Highly delighted with the whole experience and especially the result !

I feel so lucky to have found Wickersley Audiology. I have been having hearing difficulties for a long time but an NHS appointment was going to take 18 months and that was following a few months of trying to see my GP. I had also had a hearing test at a well known high street provider but had not been happy with the experience and results. I don’t live in Rotherham but was drawn to Wickersley Audiology - shop front and previous reviews. What a great decision. Lee has been nothing but professional and totally supportive during my journey with hearing loss. No cost hearing test and really clear, honest advice about next steps and hearing aids has meant that I have felt totally supported and more importantly can now hear so well (vital for my work). Plus the reassurance of Lee being at the end of the phone to help with any issues. I honestly cannot recommend this great gem of a service enough.

My mum and I visited Wickersley Audiology today and were given a five star treatment by both Lee and Simon. They couldn't have been any more patient and caring, they really know their field and there was no pushy sales pitch to purchase any new audio equipment at the end of our appointment. We would recommend this business to anyone and will certainly by returning on a regular basis. Thanks to you both

The guys at Wickersley Audiology are great - the moment you walk through their door, you feel at ease and cared for. I attended to carry out maintenance within the store, and found that both with regards to myself and their customers, Simon and Lee were both exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. The shop is very clean, well maintained and evidently, the guys know their trade particularly well. 5 stars, indeed!

Excellent, friendly professional service. Highly recommended. As someone who has had a bad experience with ear syringing as a child that has left me with a real fear of people touching my ears I found Simon to be incredibly understanding and if I ever need to get my ears looked at again I will definitely go back to him.
