Decent lounge. Plenty of seating. The food options were reasonable. Dessert was a little lacking (only self-made pancakes). However the different spaces were nice - general lounge area, library area (quiet section), sports area. We had to wait approximately 45 minutes to get in without reservations. They do have a convenient online queue system. Next time we’ll definitely do a reservation a few days prior. I read you also get fast track security with your reservation. We used our priority pass membership for lounge access.

Fair to good, food was pretty good. Small hot buffet. Sausages, scrambled egg bacon etc.
The lunch buffet looked pretty too ( they were putting it out as we left).
The thing that let this lounge down was the lack of seating when we arrived. There were several 2 seats together available but no 3’s. I saw some reserved tickets on the comfy sofa bays. I asked who had reserved them ( as I would have liked our family to sit ). I was told it was for parties of 4 or more…. Now had there been enough seating that would have been fine, but there was not, but it was very well staffed and clean. 3.5 ⭐️ over all.
Note- you cannot compare this lounge with the BA upper class lounge, however for a ‘purchase’ lounge it’s pretty good, of course it depends what you pay….

Stressful travel without stopping for food before a flight. Now though I wouldn't travel without a lounge ticket this made my life stress free with the kids asking for airport priced food and drink. Great view of the runway. Unlimited food and drink literally kicked off the all inclusive holiday before arrival to the resort! ????

It’s an ok lounge, but feels really small when its busy. Could probably do with managing the numbers a bit better to ensure the place is quiet. The selection of food is decent, however with meat and veg options.

There are discreet booths, but some of them don’t really seem that comfortable.

There’s some good desk space along with sockets for those that need to work.

Staff are friendly and polite.

This place is lovely…, but unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t that good and wasn’t tasty. The was no rolls or bread to have with scrambled eggs (not tasty either). The whole food buffet was spread in few areas, I didn’t know where is what. Price would be ok if the food quality would be improved.

Please be aware that this lounge has rooms that are independent from the main area. I was flying business class with air india, went to the lounge where customers were clearly on waiting list for entry. Showed my ticket, and wow, got shown off to a private room where staff suddenly appeared to ensure bar etc stocked.
I was the only person in there !
Good range of hot drinks, herbal, coffees, hit chocolate, teas coupled with biscuits, scones, jam and cream.
Snack tray of cheese, crackers, houmous and type of bulgur wheat salad, GF options on request.
Range of hot meals to order.
Think about 8 good choices.
I had the fish, peas and chips.
The fish was lovely and light!
A couple, and 2 others eventually entered the lounge before I left.
Helped yourself to alcoholic drinks, I didnt have one but it seemed well stocked.
Great service and relaxing experience before a long flight. My only criticism is, the door was wide open, and it just near the reception area so there is a constant conversation on the edge .

Reading the previous reviews I didn’t hold out much hope for here. I was very surprised. Timing was lucky as we managed to get breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was bacon, beans,sausage etc. and very tasty. Also available were cereals and a fresh pancake machine with fresh honey. They then changed for lunch and they had a selection of 3 hot meals plus salad , rice mixes and cheese etc. Bar was well staffed and friendly. Good selection of drinks. For £30.00 I though it was amazing value. Free drinks including beers and spirits. All you can eat food. And nice seating. With the added advantage of excellent views over the airport. Great for you plane spotters out there. Far far better then Enduring the chaos down in the terminal. If I’m not flying business I would certainly pick this again if at Gatwick.

You need to book in advance or enter the waiting list. The lounge looks a little outdated. Food was OK but not amazing.
