5/13/23: I bought a new tan LV classic reversible wind breaker jacket today. I love ❤️ it! I have it in blue/black too. The tan color just premiered last week. I think ???? pairing it with my blue ???? LV man bag that I bought in Paris in 2019 looks good, & letting my new LV 90 diamond ???? & 18K gold pendant that I bought at the LV boutique in Harrods yesterday show takes the look over the top!

Good experience in store! Beautiful spacious store with good atmosphere.
My SA was Claudia and she was lovely! Even thought it was a busy Saturday afternoon I didn’t have to wait too long.
One thing I wish to add please don’t spray so much perfume around the shop it gave me a headache after 1 hour! Am not sure how the girls can handle working in a big cloud of perfume all day..

The service of the staff here is very good. Went there multiple times during my stay in London and was very well taken care of. They were very patient for me to choose. They were nice enough to replace a bracelet my wife bought, as there was a product damage within 2 days of use. The manager was too kind while dealing with us to ensure a positive overall experience

???? Shopping Suggestion: The perfume collection in LV is top notch & something people don't talk about as much. The Fleur du Désert is my top choice

It's a Beautiful store, It's in a good location and professional service where you can buy Fashionable Clothes, shoes, watches, jewelry, accessories, sunglasses and books. Louis Vuitton is one of the world's leading international fashion houses.

The service staff here is very good and friendly. I walked in and was very well taken care of, the lady gave very thorough advice and was very patient for me to choose. She understood what I wanted from the product.

I would like to share a few lines regarding our latest experience at this boutique and the excellent service Sophie Ziegler provided.

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, and it was clear that Sophie was genuinely invested in providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Sophie was incredibly knowledgeable about the Louis Vuitton brand and its products, and was able to answer all of our questions with ease. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and used her expertise to guide us towards the items that would best suit our style and taste. Even though we gave her a bit of a challenge, finding the right product, she managed really well and we could not be more pleased!

I was enjoying a weekend in London and wanted to add a LV scarf to my collection. I visited the LV department in Selfridges, the staff were lovely but they didn’t have the exact product I wanted in stock but found that the New Bond Street boutique stocked three. We walked around to the store, registered and waited, and waited and waited. There are several staff, the same ones, walking backwards and forwards looking at their phones but no one came to serve us, a gentleman in store with his iPad noticed that we’d been waiting a long time and went to check with another member of staff at the entrance. In his return he said that they wouldn’t be long and apologised for our wait. The store wasn’t overly busy at all whilst we were in there. Another 20 minutes later and we still hadn’t been served so we decided to leave the store empty handed. On our exit no one spoke to us in any way shape or form, not even to say “thank you” or simply “goodbye”.
The next day I gave the store the benefit of the doubt and decided to try again. As we entered the store and registered, the same assistant registered me again so I took the opportunity and explained my experience from the previous day. She NEVER apologised or really made eye contact or offered me any kind of explanation, all she said was “ it’ll be about a 25 minute wait” !!! After the previous day’s experience and then this encounter we again decided to leave the store without a purchase.
I will NEVER enter this store again, the level of service is appalling, it really makes you consider the LV brand and how it trains its staff in customer service, it’s not a good reflection on the company. The staff in this store wouldn’t have a job there if it wasn’t for it’s clients, maybe they need to take walk across the road and learn some customer service techniques from DIOR !!!
