Tried to modify Air India travel date from net, showed 1000 dhs, when called ATA Ajman office, Mr Asif said approx 600. Got a shock. Went to the office and changed the date for lesser amount. Thanks to Arabian Travel.

WORST STAFF, WORST SERVICE

This is the worst travels i have visited ever and this employee is tarnishing the image of reputed company like Air India Express. He will try to complicate your problem, by telling you to cancel and ask for refund that too we have to do online. ( which surprisingly was solved by the same Arabian travels office in Sharjah ,very decent staff, excellent service).

The Office feels like this old movie government office of India, where you find the no working potbelly typical Indian uncle guy who doesn't want to work and just sending away people who are already facing problems in this foreign country. this guy should be ashamed of even getting salary from Air India Express , sitting there and watching old Hindi movies.
Without even hearing the problem he is telling you its not possible with a weird ***ty looking face reaction.

This office requires professional staff. so, currently wont be even giving them half a star. ( i don't have an option to do that , so just for name sake has given star thing but consider this star as a negative (-) star)

Simply fraud. They are making money from the pandemic situation. Absolutely fraudsters. They keep a big portion from the airline refund for customers due to Covid 19 flight cancellations. The full refund money is for passengers, but they hide the refund amount and keep almost 50% in their pocket. Most corrupted travel agent I have ever seen.

Not satisfied with their Service.My suggestion is to make payments there only by debit or credit cards .Even if they charge additional 2.5% for card payment it will be better.

This area is too crowded to park vehicle. Went for the Air India OK TO BOARD. The office looks very old and needs some renovation.

Called in the afternoon to prebook an evening taxi for kick out time on a Saturday evening. Arrived couple minutes early, lovely drive home, fair price. Thank u
