NEGATIVE :
Posting my experience on 4th July, 2021
Wish I could place a negative star.

• Firstly, I confirmed everything through WhatsApp so that I can avoid any circumstances.

• The man on WhatsApp stated some prices as I wanted to print books, and guess what? All the prices CHANGED when we showed up in the shop.

• Location : The location he provided on WhatsApp was WRONG.
It showed near Lulu, but it was situated far inside next to old Osama restaurant, so we had to walk the distance while carrying 10 fat textbooks to their shop.

• In the shop : There was another man and he said me that the one who spoke to me on WhatsApp just left a few minutes ago and asked us to wait but he didn't come.

• The man present in the office told me completely different and definitely sky rocketed prices for single books.

• Came out frustrated! ????

• They even FAILED to apologize even a single time, for the trouble in location in the prices and all, like no apology, nothing.

Instead they preferred to ignore the messages on Whatsapp.

Excellent customer service. Scanning, Color printing solutions available. Although they're located a bit inside from the Karama Street, they have a couple of parking lots in front of their shop.
