Delivery boy called and asked to come lulu market in ajman instead of delivering at home address.
And still they didn't deliver my package, I waited all the day from 9-2 pm. But no one came.

since 15 days shipment not delivered.

contact center not available to report fraud.

Very poor service by Aramex. I got more than 10 calls from Aramex and they failed to deliver my shipment. I called 3 times and asked about my shipment and replied there’s no shipment. Just got call again and lady informed that your mobile switched off as per delivery guy. Why call center team told me 3 times that there is no shipment for me. ????

asked for my bank card delivery , it took 5 days after receiving from bank to deliver.
First confirmed the date and time and not delivered , no call apologies and no excuses
Operations should be monitored well.

This Eid Holiday, didn't specify the schedule of the branch. And when we called the customer service, they mentioned that it was open but I went for 2 days and it was close.

Too much waiting time to receive your shipment
Almost more than 30 min am waiting and still the line not moving
Only one employer is there and take 10 min for each shipment to hand over

Today I booked through Aramex application to send a shipment, the time for collection was between 11:45 am to 01:45 pm
But the courier didn’t arrive, I called the call center 2 times and they said they going to send him shortly but unfortunately no one came to collect the shipment. I regret not going to the office myself form the morning to send the shipment so I can save more time. Very very bad customer service.
