Mr Mohammad, first class hotel receptionist.He made me feel that my experience at the hotel was personally important to him. This Holiday Inn is in a prime location and the rooms are well designed and very comfortable. The breakfast lunch and dinner was good and the public areas are relaxing and serviced by an attentive team of staff.

Hello!
I like this hotel, for a long time stay it is a great option! Stayed here 2 times, (more then 1 month) the staff is so friendly, cleaning service is amazing, thanks SAI and every one, who makes us feel comfortable.
I want to add about food, it is so great, desserts are delicious, I never feel bad after meal.
And transfer to the beach and to the Dubai mall is so convenient!

So, my highly recommendation

The hotel is very welcoming right from the staff to the ambience at the reception. The room was very spacious, very clean and housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping it that way everyday. Breakfast was an adventure everyday with the huge variety of food being offered. Keep up the good work!!

The hotel has been home for me for the last 2 months and it's been an amazing experience. Floor house keeper Md. AMIN took care of all the house keeping requirements personally and made me feel like home. They decorated my room and treated me with a cake and fruit basket on my birthday which was really welcoming. Reception staff and other hotel staff are also very accommodating and warm. They have shuttle service to their private beach and to Dubai mall. Thank You all for a wonderful experience..

We are visiting the hotel for the third time. I think this is a good indicator. The food is excellent: all possible types of meat, pasta, rice, salads, cheeses and sausages. Separately, I would like to note delicious cream soups. You can always see fresh fruits here: for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything is very tasty! The staff are very friendly. Always smiling, always trying to help and solve problems. Cleaner Amin is doing a great job! Everything is clean, shiny and smells wonderful! The transfer takes you to the sea and Dubai mall for free. The beach has everything for a comfortable rest: toilet, shower, umbrellas, sunbeds. We strongly recommend this hotel!

Very accommodating staff. My family really enjoyed our stay specially coz of the indoor games that we tried. Our king suit room was clean and big. Food was also great, we enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffet. We will surely come back again soon! ❤

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The staff's attentiveness and genuine care created a memorable experience, and the comfortable accommodations provided a home away from home. Had a very bad experience regarding the lunch service, the cutlery was unhygenic, from forks to cups. They were all dirty. Even when we asked for new ones you would still find them dirty! You’d have to wipe them with tissues to be able to eat. There was no feeling of any AC in the restaurant it was very humid. This was probably one of the worst experiences ever!
